To accommodate a group of up to 10 people, we offer the possibility of placing a comfortable queen-sized mattress in the spacious master bedroom, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
The house is fully fenced and features a 1.50-meter-deep swimming pool, perfect for refreshing and relaxing. Please note that this pool does not have a specific area for young children.
In order to ensure security and full access to all common areas of the resort, our guests will need to wear an exclusive bracelet, which incurs an additional cost of $200 pesos (approximately 10 USD) per person. This bracelet not only grants access to the common areas but also ensures the protection and assistance of the security staff, providing our guests with the peace of mind of feeling like owners of the penthouse.

It is essential to be aware that, due to area restrictions, vans are not allowed to enter directly to the house. Vans will drop off guests at the security booth.
