With breathtaking views of the ocean and lagoon, our balconies on both sides and hammocks are the perfect spots to kick back, relax, and enjoy the sea breeze while listening to the sound of the waves.
This Penthouse features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with an ocean view, and a living room with television.
Furthermore, on the second floor there is an open area that serves as the third bedroom, which doesn't have a door but has direct access from the stairs. It includes a living area, two sofa beds, and a hammock, perfect for sleeping or spending quality time with family or friends.
High-speed internet access and a mesh system for Wi-Fi throughout the apartment make this place the perfect space to work or connect with loved ones.
Located at the beginning of the hotel zone, 12 minutes from the airport in a very safe area and far from the noise of the party center, ideal for rest, still, you can take the bus at any time leaving the condominium and transfer to any part of the hotel zone.
Near the the condo, you have a hidden restaurant that only locals know about, called El Capitán. You go down some stairs and you'll find the Laguna tables and a large fire pit where they make orange fish using a recipe that only the owner of the place makes personally. There are also pescadillas and ceviches available. A few steps from El Capitán restaurant is an Oxxo, and past the Oxxo is a very tasty hamburger restaurant. Next to the hamburger restaurant is Navíos restaurant, it's beautiful to go before sunset and the best thing on the menu are lobster tacos.
The residential complex offers a wide variety of services and amenities, such as a swimming pool and wading area, tennis court, laundry facilities, cafeteria, convenience store, public restrooms, private beach access, lifeguards, and 24-hour security.

Guests must wear a bracelet which extra cost is of $10 usd per person and gives you access to all common areas and allows security personnel to keep you safe as if you were the pent-house owner.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is beachfront so the water pressure, although we have pumps may not be very strong or considered low.
SHUTTLE: THE SHUTTLE SERVICE CAN´T ACCESS TO THE PARKING LOT, THEY WILL HAVE TO LEAVE YOU IN SECURITY POST.
In long-stay reservations we must agree on a daily fee for electricity consumption.
The amenities provided, such as the water jug, toilet paper, towels, etc., are only once per reservation. If they run out, you will have to buy more at the nearest store.
