This three-story penthouse is fully equipped and boasts a stunning view of the lagoon from the living room, kitchen, and dining area on the ground floor.
The first-floor features two bedrooms, the master with a closet, full bathroom, smart screen, and air conditioning with partial sea views.
The second bedroom has a full bathroom, smart screen, air conditioning, and two twin beds with lagoon views.
The top floor boasts a third bedroom with panoramic sea views and a terrace with a dining area, barbecue, sink, pergola for shade, and stunning lagoon views, perfect for watching the sunset.
The residential is located at the start of the hotel zone, 12 minutes from the airport in a safe and quiet area.
It is ideal for relaxation, but you can also take a bus at any time from the condominium to move around the hotel zone.
Near the condominium you have a hidden restaurant known only by locals called Captain where they make orange fish with a recipe only made by the owner himself. There are also pescadillas and ceviches.
A few steps from Captain restaurant is an Oxxo convenience store, and beyond that is a delicious burger restaurant. Next to the burger restaurant is Navios, a beautiful place to visit before sunset. The best thing there is lobster tacos.
In addition, the resort has direct access to the beach where you can relax under the umbrellas and loungers. There is an elevator for your convenience, as well as 24-hour security with guards and lifeguards. The pool has a wading area and an impressive panoramic view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. There are public bathrooms available, as well as a cafe and a small convenience store for your daily needs. There is also a laundry service (at an additional cost) and parking for one car available.
You will have a team of professionals at your disposal, from a supervisor to a concierge who will help you at every stage of your trip, you will have access to a group to be in touch as soon as necessary.
Guests must wear a bracelet which extra cost is of $10 usd per person and gives you access to all common areas and allows security personnel to keep you safe as if you were the pent-house owner.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is beachfront so the water pressure, although we have pumps may not be very strong or considered low.
SHUTTLE: THE SHUTTLE SERVICE CAN´T ACCESS TO THE PARKING LOT, THEY WILL HAVE TO LEAVE YOU IN SECURITY POST.
In long-stay reservations we must agree on a daily fee for electricity consumption.
The amenities provided, such as the water jug, toilet paper, towels, etc., are only once per reservation. If they run out, you will have to buy more at the nearest store.
