The neighbourhood

The residential area is located at the beginning of the hotel zone, which makes it convenient for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Additionally, it is only 12 minutes away from the airport, which is very convenient.

If you wish to further explore the hotel zone, you can take a bus from the condominium. This provides you with the flexibility to move around and explore the surroundings according to your preferences and schedule.

Close to the condominium is the restaurant "El Capitán," a hidden gem known only by the locals. Here, you can enjoy their specialty, the orange fish, which is prepared following a unique recipe from the owner. You can also try "pescadillas" and ceviche, surely a delicious culinary experience.

Just a few steps away from "El Capitán" restaurant, you will find an Oxxo, a convenience store where you can find various products and stock up on essentials for your stay.

General Regulations for a Trouble-free Stay

1. **Communication and Reservations**

* It is essential to stay updated with messages sent through the Airbnb chat. Failure to communicate may result in check-in issues or delays.
* When making a reservation, you must provide the full names of all guests, as well as the check-in and check-out times, without exception.

2. **Electricity Usage**

* Electricity usage is monitored, and it is required to switch off the air conditioning and jacuzzi when not in use or when not in the apartment. Excessive usage may result in an additional charge. For long-term reservations, a daily fee for electricity consumption will be agreed upon.

3. **Visitors and Gatherings**

* The apartment is strictly prohibited from being used as a gathering place. Visitors are not allowed under any circumstances.
* For safety reasons, external service providers such as chefs or cleaning staff are not permitted. If you require any services, please contact us, and we will recommend reliable providers.

4. **Access to the Condominium**

* Guests who are not included in the original reservation and properly registered will not have access to the condominium and may be evicted.

5. **Respect for Coexistence Rules**

* Loud noises should be avoided after 10 pm.

6. **No Smoking Policy**

* Smoking inside the apartment and disposing of cigarette butts on the floor, terrace, parking lot, or any other part of the premises is strictly prohibited.

7. **Care of Towels**

* Lost or damaged towels will incur an additional cost for each item.

8. **Maintenance and Cleaning**

* The apartment must be kept in an acceptable state of cleanliness. If a full cleaning is required, an additional cost will be applied.

9. **Responsibility for Damages**

* Any damaged items will be charged to the guest's security deposit.

10. **Respect for Neighbors and Security Staff**

* Respect for neighbors and security staff is essential, avoiding any form of disturbance or problematic behavior.

11. **Use of Condominium Bracelet**

* It is mandatory to wear the condominium bracelet at all times, and an extra cost is associated with it. Any guest seen without wearing it will be fined and denied access to the condominium amenities.

12. **Prohibition of Narcotics**

* Consuming, buying, or distributing narcotics or drugs is illegal in Mexico. Anyone found engaging in activities related to these substances will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Other things to note

To ensure the safety of all guests, the use of a bracelet is mandatory, and it has an additional cost of $200 pesos per person. This bracelet provides access to all common areas and ensures that our security staff will protect you as if you were the owner of the penthouse.

Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not allowed unless requested at the time of booking and subject to availability. Moreover, these options may have an additional cost.

Upon arrival, vans will not be able to go beyond the security booth. Guests will have to be dropped off at that point and then can head to the penthouse.

If you make a long-term reservation, we will agree on a daily fee for electricity consumption.

Amenities such as the water jug, toilet paper, and towels will be provided once per reservation. If they run out during your stay, you can purchase more at the nearest store.

IMPORTANT: The penthouse is beachfront, so the water pressure, although we have pumps, may not be very strong or considered low.

We have several storage rooms in the penthouse, so you might see closed or handle-less doors. These spaces are not included in the amenities of the penthouse.
